Kids 12 and under who’ve been evaluated by Dr. Metz, but aren’t ready for braces, can join Tidbits, the Metz Orthodontics Kids Club.

As a member, you’ll receive an official Membership Card and will be invited to participate in cool contests and outings. Just ask the Metz Orthodontics team what Tidbits event they’re planning next. Along the way, you’ll get to know us better and get excited about wearing braces in the future.

To be a member in good standing, you should:

• Practice good oral hygiene.
• Brush twice a day and keep up with your flossing, too.
• Visit your dentist every six months for a cleaning and check-up.
• Return to Metz Orthodontics for scheduled recall visits.
• Be on time for your appointments.
